Malka has helped thousands of people like yourself, individually and in groups, to better, more satisfying and joyful lives -- through career counseling, coaching and life planning. She has successfully counseled people for over fifteen years, helping people in the private, non-profit and government sectors find joyful, satisfying work.

Malka has transitioned from her role at the University of Baltimore, where she previously managed an internship program at The Career Center. This program provided students interested in career counseling with valuable practical experiences in the field. She also introduced Job Search Groups at the University, successfully leading several sessions that benefited UB students, alumni, and staff.
